网络证据的运用是指以网络证据为客观基础,对其中所蕴含的事实信息进行识别,进而形成证据事实最终实现待证事实证明的过程。网络证据载体审查及信息识别是网络证据运用的第一步,其中网络证据载体审查是信息识别的准备工作。
