建设节约型社会,实现可持续发展,是总结现代化建设经验,从我国国情出发提出来的一项重大决策。今年以来,党中央、国务院就加快建设节约型社会作出了全面部署。胡锦涛总书记在中共中央政治局第23次集体学习时强调,要加强节约能源资的宣传教育,开展形式多样的节约能源资源活动。前不久,中央军委批转《总后勤部关于大力加强军队资源节约工作的意见》,要求全军广泛深入地开展资源节约活动,使军队的资源节约工作走在全社会前列。人武系统广大干部、职工闻令而动,从本单位做起、从自身做起、从一点一滴做起,积极为建设节约型社会作贡献。
