目的探讨不同途径经皮冠状动脉介入诊断(CAG)和治疗(PCI)的非心脏并发症和心脏相关并发症发生原因及防治措施。方法收集2003年9月—2006年5月山西省人民医院行CAG和PCI的病人443例,其中经股动脉CAG126例,其中PCI78例。经桡动脉CAG317例,其中PCI131例。回顾性分析比较两种途径CAG和PCI并发症发生率及处理分析。结果发生各种并发症18例,其中心脏并发症8例(经股动脉7例,经桡动脉1例)。心脏并发症10例(经股动脉4例,经桡动脉6例)。结论经桡动脉非心脏并发症显著减少,而两途径心脏相关并发症无差别。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention measures of non-cardiac complication and heart-related complications by different ways of percutaneous coronary intervention (CAG) and treatment (PCI). METHODS: From September 2003 to May 2006, 443 patients underwent CAG and PCI in Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital, including 126 cases of CAG via femoral artery and 78 cases of PCI. Transradial CAG 317 cases, including PCI131 cases. The incidence of CAG and PCI complications in two ways were compared and analyzed retrospectively. Results A variety of complications occurred in 18 cases, of which 8 cases of cardiac complications (via femoral artery in 7 cases, transradial artery in 1 case). 10 cases of cardiac complications (4 cases of femoral artery, 6 cases of radial artery). Conclusion Transradial non-cardiac complications were significantly reduced, while there was no difference in the two cardiac complications.
