张家禾的“建设创新型国家的若干思考”一文指出,中国经济近30年的强行军取得了令世人瞩目的巨大成就,但也不可避免地暴露出一些问题,自主创新能力不足即其一。党的十七大报告前所未有地把“提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家”的内容,突出地作为经济建设部分的首要任务加以论述,强调“这是国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键”。我们要多方创造条件,积极为完成这一任务而努力。
