在可控施胶压榨设备上,对葡萄牙蓝桉为原料的原纸施加1~5层壳聚糖及壳聚糖衍生物涂布层,通过控制不同的涂布量,研究和评定了壳聚糖涂布纸张的组成结构、物理性能、光学性能、形态学、表面特性和印刷适性。壳聚糖在纤维表面的分布情况用荧光壳聚糖衍生物进行实验分析。结果表明,壳聚糖在纸张表面具有高度均一的分布,并且进行3层涂布后壳聚糖涂料不再向纸页孔洞中渗透;同时,采用壳聚糖涂布对最终的成纸性能有积极的影响。
On the controllable size press equipment, 1 to 5 layers of chitosan and chitosan derivative coating layers were applied on the base paper of Portuguese gum eucalyptus.
