新型农村社会养老保险制度的建设关系到农民目前和将来的生活安全和生活质量的提高,本文从保险理论的视角主要分析新型农村社会保险的两个问题:一是新型农村社会保险的资金来源问题,另一个是新型农村社会保险的基金增值问题。
