利用正交试验方法,研究了钼、硼及铜合金元素对高铬铸铁铸态组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随钼及用含量增加,硬度升高,冲击韧性和抗奇强度降低;而钢对其性能影响不大。铸态马氏体高铬铸铁的耐磨性是镍硬铸铁的3倍以上。用铸态马氏体高铬铸铁制造的沥青混凝土搅拌机衬板耐磨性是低合金白口铸铁衬板的14倍多。
The effects of molybdenum, boron and copper alloy elements on the as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of high chromium cast iron were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that with the increase of molybdenum and content, the hardness increases, the impact toughness and the anti-strange strength decrease; while the steel has little effect on its performance. As-cast martensite high chromium cast iron wear resistance is 3 times more than nickel hard cast iron. The wear resistance of asphalt concrete mixer liner made of as-cast martensite high-chromium cast iron is more than 14 times that of low-alloy white cast iron liner.
