利用赫兹理论分析了支承辊和工作辊接触区的应力状态,结合现有的几种辊型倒角曲线,依据辊间接触应力均匀分布的原则提出了一种新的支承辊辊型倒角。利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维轧制模型,通过改变轧制力等参数对不同辊型倒角下支承辊的应力场、工作辊挠度以及钢板的厚度差做了分析和对比;结合有限元分析结果,利用FE-SAFE疲劳分析软件,并采用Brown-Miller疲劳损伤公式估算不同辊型倒角下支承辊的疲劳寿命,证明了新辊型对提高支承辊疲劳寿命的有效性。
Hertz theory was applied to analyze the stress state of the contact area between the backup roll and the work roll. A new backup roll roll chamfer was proposed based on the principle of uniform distribution of contact stress between the roll and the existing roll chamfer curves. The three-dimensional rolling model was established by using ABAQUS finite element software. The stress field, the deflection of work roll and the thickness difference of the support roller under different chamfering were analyzed and compared by changing the parameters such as the rolling force. Based on the finite element analysis The FE-SAFE fatigue analysis software was used to estimate the fatigue life of back-up rolls under different roll chamfering using the Brown-Miller fatigue damage formula. The effectiveness of the new roll model to improve the fatigue life of back-up roll was proved.
