近年来，开鲁县红干椒种植面积越来越大，随之而来的红干椒的落花、落果、落叶也越来越普遍，局部地区发生严重，直接影响红干椒的产量和效益。红干椒“三落”现象的发生，主要是由于7月份发生的细菌和真菌性病害引起的。为此，针对本地实际，提出以下综合防治技术措施。（一）
