人物小档案在接触房地产之前,周继志在湖南老家做过教师当过记者。1994年与几个在京的中学同学创办一家策划公司,开始有机会参与房地产的策划,从此开始与房地产结缘。1996年参与组建广华轩房地产开发公司,担任经营部经理,主要从事房地产项目开发的前期策划与后期销售。2001年,投资创办《经济日报·中国人居》专刊,目前仍兼任该刊顾问。现任北京宣福房地产营销总经理一职。操盘项目:广华轩小区、UHN 国际村、成都中电大厦、重庆西仪大厦、西豪逸景等。经营理念:平实、创新、实用,从人居的角度关注环境、关注普通人的住宅需求。
