Published by the Ministry of Water Resources Science and Technology Monograph Fund, the book “China Rainstorm” written by Wang Jiaqi of the Nanjing Institute of Hydrology and Water Resources of the Ministry of Water Resources will be published by China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Press in December this year.
