大脑是人体的指挥中枢,保养好了,利于延年益寿。人大脑的衰落一般是从三四十岁时开始的,表现为记忆力下降,反应的灵敏度下降等。健脑的途径很多,营养尤为重要。大脑对营养的需要特别高,以葡萄糖为例,正常人一天大脑要消耗掉130克葡萄糖,占人体葡萄糖消耗总量的20%。国内外营养学家公认健脑的营养物有脂肪、钙、糖、蛋白质、维生素等。可以针对这些,适量进食些粥、汤、茶等,补充大脑的营养。
