患者李××男6岁于1991年10月5日,右眼球结膜被鸡啄伤,在当地卫生所治疗,伤后7天出现全身不适,眼睑轻度肿胀,咀嚼时稍感困难。颈部轻度强直。经内科医生会诊,收住传染科病房治疗。查体:发育正常,意识欠清,牙关紧闭,苦笑面容。颈部、躯干及四肢肌肉痉挛、强直。角弓反张,腹肌强硬如板,便秘。痉挛呈阵发性,发作频繁。白细胞计数为1320/mm~3,中性74%、酸性2%、淋巴27%。
Patient Lee × × male 6 years old On October 5, 1991, the right eye conjunctiva was pecked by a chicken and was treated in a local health clinic. The patient developed general malaise seven days after injury and had slight eyelid swelling and difficulty in chewing. Neck slightly tonic. Consultation by the physician, admitted infectious disease ward treatment. Physical examination: normal development, lack of consciousness, teeth closed, smile face. Neck, trunk and limb muscle spasms, rigidity. Angular bow anti-Zhang, abdominal muscles such as board, constipation. Spasm was paroxysmal, frequent seizures. White blood cell count 1320 / mm ~ 3, 74% neutral, acidic 2%, lymph 27%.
