本文总结了静脉应用抗心律失常药物心律平治疗快速型心律失常的临床治疗效果。总有效率为94%。对室上性和室性心动过速的效果较好。在个别病例,可见到一过性P-R间期延长,QRS间期增宽及血压轻度下降的副作用,对有心衰的病人,本药的抗心律失常作用亦很明显。作者讨论了静脉滴注本药的方法和注意事项。本药的临床治疗效果表明:它与西德Helopharm药厂的产品propafenone hydrochloride(rytmonorm)的临床效果相似。
This article summarizes the clinical application of intravenous antiarrhythmic drug cardioversion in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia. The total effective rate was 94%. Supraventricular and ventricular tachycardia effect is better. In a few cases, you can see a transient increase in P-R interval, QRS interval widening and mild side effects of blood pressure, heart failure patients, the anti-arrhythmic effect of the drug is also very obvious. The authors discuss the methods and precautions for intravenous drip. The clinical efficacy of this drug shows that it has similar clinical effects to propafenone hydrochloride (rytmonorm), a product of Helopharm West Germany.
