32只雄兔随机分为输精管结扎组(VG)9只,假手术组(SOG)9只作为对照。输精管吻合组(VAG)14只,于双侧输精管结扎术后第12个月吻合双侧输精管,术后第5个月检测结果表明:①VAG Na~+,K~+-ATPase活力为53.42±14.03μmolpi/mg.h,虽明显低于SOG但却显著地高于VG;②VAG的Mg~(2+)-ATPase活力与SOG比较无差异;③睾丸Na~+,K~+-AT-Pase、Mg~(2+)-ATPase活力和睾丸重量与精子密度均呈密切地正相关。
Thirty-two male rabbits were randomly divided into 9 vasectomy groups (VG) and 9 sham-operated group (SOG) as controls. The vas deferens anastomosis group (VAG) 14, bilateral vas deferens at the 12th month after bilateral vasectomy. The results of the 5th month after operation showed that: ①VAG Na +, K + -ATPase activity was 53.42 ± 14.03 μmolpi / mg.h, which was significantly lower than that of SOG but significantly higher than that of VG. ② There was no difference in the activity of Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase between VAG and SOG; ③ The contents of Na ~ +, K ~ + -AT-Pase, Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase activity and testicular weight and sperm density were closely related.
