为了测量截割头在作业过程中所受的截割转矩,实现对截割头作业过程的实时监控,基于三相异步电机工作特性,导出电机功率因数与电机输入电流、输出转矩和掘进机转速之间的关系,并以此为基础,分别对内花键工装和掘进机整机进行标定试验,建立了截割电机电流与功率因数的回归模型,从而实现对掘进机截割转矩实时测量,解决了封闭条件下掘进机截割转矩难以测量的技术难题。通过掘进机截割试验表明:测量方法切实可行,可推广应用于其他电力设备的转矩测定。
