班级是学校教育教学的基本单元,是学生在学校生活和学习的集体。建立良好的班集体,形成团结、合作、勤奋、进取的班级精神,对于学生的成长和学校教育教学目标的实现具有十分重要的意义。但在班级管理中,我们必须走出以下几点误区,才能更好地优化我们的教育过程和班级管理。
Class is the basic unit of school education and teaching, a group of students living and studying in school. Establishing a good class collective and forming a class spirit of unity, cooperation, diligence and enterprising are of great significance to the growth of students and the realization of the aims of school education. However, in class management, we must go beyond the following misunderstandings in order to better optimize our education process and class management.
