随着我国社会主义体制改革进程的不断推进,我国的经济体制格局发生了翻天覆地的变化,致使市场间的社会竞争力不断增加,而如何在竞争中脱颖而出,获得最大的经济效益和社会效益是各大企业为之奋斗的目标。近年来,企业的发展规模逐渐扩大,经济活动日益繁多,多数企业已经成功走向国际化舞台,所以我国对企业的财务管理标准提出了更加严格的要求。而企业想要全面提高财务管理水平就应该做好内部控制管理工作,保证企业各项业务活动的顺利展开,对企业各项经济活动进行约束和管理,以精细化管理准则作为企业内控管理的方针,提高企业的经济效益。本文试从加强企业财务内控精细化管理制度建设的重要意义进行阐述,分析目前企业强化内控精细化管理所面临的问题以及挑战,并提出相应的解决措施。
