各省、自治区、直辖市民政厅(局):清明节是中华民族悼念逝者的传统节日,也是群众到殡葬服务场所进行祭奠活动的高峰时期,加强对清明祭奠活动的管理,对于推进殡葬改革,维护群众的切身利益,构建和谐社会,促进社会文明进步具有重要意义。为贯彻国务院《殡葬管理条例》,切实做好清明节期间群众祭奠活动的管理,现就有关事项通知如下:
