本文通过0.05、14、50和300吨转炉的水力学模型实验,並结合文献上发表的各种容量转炉的实际操作结果和水力学模型实验结果,研究了顶吹转炉采用单孔、三孔、四孔和六孔喷枪时的溶池搅拌运动特点和规律。初步提出了以气泡韦伯准数(WeB)和可换弗鲁德修正准数(Fro′)表述的熔池搅拌强度半经验式,可用于顶吹转炉的水力学模型和它的原型。本文还探讨了制定顶吹氧气转炉合理供氧制度的原则和方案。
In this paper, through the hydraulic model experiments of 0.05, 14, 50 and 300 tons converter, combined with the actual operating results and hydraulic model experimental results of various capacity converters published in the literature, the effects of single-, three-, Characteristics and regularities of pool stirring movement in four and six hole guns. The semi-experiential formulas of mixing intensity of molten pool, which are expressed by the Weibs and the Froe, are proposed preliminarily and can be applied to the hydrodynamic model of the top-blown converter and its prototype. This article also explored the principles and schemes for formulating a proper oxygen supply system for top-blown oxygen converters.
