【摘 要】目的：探讨蜂针治疗强直性脊椎炎的疗效和特点。方法：临床观察1999--2010年确诊为强直性脊柱炎的360例门诊患者的临床资料。结果：总有效率88.9%，疗效明显优于其它治疗方法。结论：蜂针治疗，有针刺经穴的机械性刺激；蜂毒的药理作用，蜂刺后局部的红肿反应又有类似温灸的效应。所以同时具备了针刺温灸药物治疗的效果。其疗效大大优于其他的单一治疗方法。 【关键词】脊柱炎；强直性；蜂针疗法
