我国社会保障体系经过不断改革,取得重要进展,但是由于系统太过庞大,在现实实施的过程中仍然存在缺陷,有相当一部分的人无法得到保障。本文通过分析存在的问题,提出相关的改进建议。
As the system of social security in our country has undergone continuous reform and made significant progress, due to its huge system, there are still some shortcomings in the process of its implementation. A considerable part of it can not be guaranteed. This article analyzes the existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement.
