作为现代人我们如何认识当下的伦理生活,如何评估现代伦理生活的境况?这种反思必须抛开不同主义谋划之间的抵牾以及谋划方案在现实生活中阳奉阴违的历史怪圈,而从“伦理生活”这一概念的哲学要求出发理解现代伦理生活的起点。建基于对黑格尔“伦理生活”(Sittlichkeit)概念的解读,它不仅标识了超越现代道德主观性分裂的更高精神起点,而且展示出不同于理论形态的一种道德生活方式。以此为起点,在现代伦理生活的客观化、机制化场域中,一方面是伦理生活的客观性、普遍性要求,面对现代道德的实践困境,主观“单一性”道德转向客观“普遍性”的伦理生活;另一方面是社会客观伦理机制的内在性规范要求,面对客观伦理可能维持一种恶的世界的状况,道德主观性的承认与规范性实践机制就成为必须。
