After 2000, e-books again became a hot topic in traditional publishing industry, book publishing industry, IT industry, library industry and readers’ readership this year. According to the Open eBook Forum, OeBF, total sales of e-books in the first quarter of 2004 were $ 3.23 million. Of course, this number is hard to compare with the tens of billions of dollars of physical book market, but it represents 28% of annual growth, indicating that the e-book market is expected to achieve optimistic expectations throughout the year.
