文章介绍了MU-Meter MK6路面摩擦系数测试系统的结构组成及工作原理;通过试验研究,给出了与SFC(SCRIM)的回归关系式,分析了影响横向力系数测试结果的主要因素及影响程度。同时也对MU-Meter MK6与摆式仪工程应用的实际使用效果进行了对比、统计分析。以上结果表明,该设备精度高、工作性能和稳定性较好,用于控制和评价路面抗滑性能是切实可行的,控制效果优于摆式仪。另外,还针对该设备提出了在使用中应注意的有关问题。
The article introduces the structure and working principle of MU-Meter MK6 pavement friction coefficient test system. Through the experimental research, the regression equation with SFC (SCRIM) is given. The main factors affecting the test results of horizontal force coefficient and the influence degree . At the same time, the actual use effect of MU-Meter MK6 and pendulum instrument engineering application is also compared and analyzed. The above results show that the device has high precision and good workability and stability. It is practicable to control and evaluate the anti-slip performance of the pavement, and the control effect is better than the pendulum meter. In addition, the device also proposed in the use of the relevant issues should be noted.
