目的了解某浅海油田职业病危害作业工人的健康状况,进行职业健康监护评价。方法对2010—2012年某浅海油田进行职业卫生调查,对接触职业病危害作业工人开展职业健康检查,对工作场所进行职业病危害因素检测。结果该油田职业卫生防护措施不完善。噪声检测合格率为83.7%;有毒物质和粉尘检测合格率均为100.0%。2010、2011和2012年职业健康检查率分别为78.4%、89.1%和98.3%,职业健康检查率呈逐年升高趋势(P<0.01)。噪声作业纯音听阈测试检出19人双耳高频平均听阈40~66 dB(HL),检出率为4.1%。化验工检出13例疑似职业病患者(白细胞减少者9例、血小板减少者4例),检出率为2.7%;3年中血常规异常检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论噪声作业工人和化验工为浅海油田的重点监护人群。
Objective To understand the health status of occupational hazards workers in a shallow sea oil field and evaluate the occupational health supervision. Methods An occupational health survey was conducted on a shallow sea oil field from 2010 to 2012. The occupational health checkup was conducted on workers exposed to occupational hazards and the occupational hazards in the workplace were tested. Results The oilfield occupational health protection measures are not perfect. The passing rate of noise test was 83.7%; the passing rate of toxic substances and dust test was 100.0%. The occupational health examination rates in 2010, 2011 and 2012 were 78.4%, 89.1% and 98.3% respectively, and occupational health examination rates showed an increasing trend year by year (P <0.01). Ninety-two human ears high-frequency average hearing thresholds of 40 to 66 dB (HL) were detected for noise-based pure tone hearing threshold test with a detection rate of 4.1%. Laboratory workers detected 13 cases of suspected occupational diseases (leukopenia in 9 cases, 4 cases of thrombocytopenia), the detection rate was 2.7%; 3 years in the blood abnormalities were detected, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Noise workers and laboratory workers are the key guardians of Shallow Oilfields.
