随着工业化进程的不断深化,新时代对压力容器各个方面都提出了更高的要求。无损检测是指在试件没有毁坏的同时,运用先进的科学技术对该试件的各项性能和指标进行检测。压力容器无损检测技术具有极高灵敏度,是目前工业检测中最常用的方法。本文对压力容器无损检测技术的特点和选择进行简单分析,并对各种类型无损检测技术的应用进行了归纳总结,希望能对我国工业建设选择无损检测技术有所帮助。
With the continuous deepening of industrialization, the new era puts forward higher requirements on all aspects of pressure vessels. Non-destructive testing refers to the test piece is not destroyed at the same time, the use of advanced science and technology to test the performance of the specimen and indicators. Pressure vessel non-destructive testing with high sensitivity, is currently the most commonly used method of industrial testing. In this paper, the characteristics and the selection of pressure vessel non-destructive testing technology are briefly analyzed, and the application of various types of non-destructive testing technology is summarized. It is hoped that it can be helpful to the non-destructive testing technology of industrial construction in our country.
