用硅基铂钛夹层AAO多孔模板-溶胶凝胶法成功地制备出有序的TiO2纳米线阵列;并用Synopsys TCAD微电子器件仿真软件SenTaurus Device模块,模拟分析了单根纳米线的电致物理性能,重点研究纳米线的直径和长度与电导和电压的关系。
The ordered TiO2 nanowire arrays were successfully prepared by sol-gel method using Si-based platinum-titanium interlayer AAO porous templates. The SynTys TCAD microelectronic device software SenTaurus Device was used to simulate the electrophysical properties of single nanowires , Focusing on the relationship between the diameter and length of nanowires and conductance and voltage.
