The easing of international relations has had some positive effects on the political situation and economic development in Latin America. In particular, the conflict in Central America, which lasted for 10 years, has eased noticeably. With the easing of the situation in the region, the Central American countries have gradually placed the recovery and development of the national economy in a more important position. However, on the whole, the changes both inside and outside Latin America have opened up new prospects and new challenges for Latin American countries in further adjusting their economies and accelerating the pace of their integration. First of all, the development of the trend towards collectivization in the world economic region seems at least worrying over Latin American countries, at least in the near future. In the past, the major Western European countries and Japan did not and in the future can not make Latin America the focus of cooperation. Since the 1970s, the economic and trade relations between the European Community and Latin America have been on the decline
