目的探讨三嗪类除草剂西玛津对本地种中华大蟾蜍生存和性腺发育的毒性。方法将中华大蟾蜍从发育的第30期开始染毒不同浓度(0.1、1.0、10.0、100.0μg/L)的西玛津。染毒69 d后每组解剖10只,取性腺做组织学观察;剩余染毒至变态结束(3个月)。染毒期间,每天记录蝌蚪的生长发育情况和死亡情况。结果 100.0μg/L染毒组的死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);体重、体长、尾长在各组之间均无统计学差异;各染毒组在实验结束时仍有蝌蚪未完成变态;性别比没有明显差别;染毒组卵巢组织和睾丸组织出现结构改变,个别性腺发育迟缓。结论本研究条件下的西玛津对中华大蟾蜍生长和性腺发育有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the toxicity of triazine herbicide simazine to the survival and gonadal development of native species Bufo bufo gargarizans. Methods Tomato was administered to simazine of different concentrations (0.1, 1.0, 10.0, 100.0 μg / L) from the 30th day of development. After 69 days of exposure, 10 animals in each group were dissected. The gonads were harvested for histological observation. The remaining animals were exposed to the end of metamorphosis (3 months). Toxicity during the daily record of growth and development of tadpoles and deaths. Results The mortality of 100.0 μg / L group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight, body length and tail length between the groups. At the end of the experiment, Tadpoles did not complete metamorphosis; sex ratio was not significantly different; exposure group ovarian tissue and testicular tissue structure changes, individual gonadal development retardation. Conclusion Simazine under the conditions of this study had some effects on the growth and gonadal development of Bufo bufo gargarizans.
