种植中草药好处多我们大队位于苏北里下河水网地区,1969年实行了合作医疗。大队有3名赤脚医生,每个生产队有一名不脱产卫生员,建立了医疗网。开始,由于药源问题没有解决,靠钱养医,造成超支,影响了合作医疗的巩固。后来,我们坚持自力更生,勤俭办医,大搞中草药采、种、制、用,使合作医疗得到了巩固和发展。现种植药材14亩,自采自种中草药178种,药品自给占常用药的53％,培植的多年生的药材如枳壳、黄芪、杜仲等药也逐年成长。由于药品自给水平日益提高,为社员群众医伤治疗提供了物质基础,三年来,共治疗18827人次,采用土方草药和新针疗法占68.5％。大队自己可以切片加工制药,可制丸、散、膏、丹30多种,加上换回的药品,现有中草药325种,西药70多种,做到一般配方不出队,不但满足了本大队医伤治病的需要,还将多余的药材卖给国家。三年来,出
