整车管路按照区域分为发动机舱、底盘和乘客舱管路,发动机舱和底盘管路处于整车恶劣运动环境下,而且种类繁多,材料特性不尽相同,确保管路在极端情况运动不干涉、不磨损,耐久性和可靠性显得尤为重要。文中从6大原则对管路进行了深入探讨:管路基本类型、管路布置方法、CAE管路虚拟模拟、管路外观质量、管路布置质量验证和管路质量管理方法。
