动态生成是现代课堂教学的主要特征。生成性的课堂富有创造性,富有激情,往往给教学带来意想不到的收获。构建动态的课堂,需要随时捕捉课堂的亮点,敏锐地生成新的教学资源,并且利用这些生成性资源来组织教学。然而在当前的教学中,一些教师特别是新教师缺少教学经验,课堂驾驭能力不强,在教学中不能合理地运用生成性资源等。因此,如何有效地利用初中数学课堂生成性资源是我们急需解决的问题。
