选用具有生育能力的小鼠480只(雌320只,雄160只),随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两个大组。染毒组(Ⅰ_a及Ⅱ_a)置黄药毒气室内染毒,而空白组(Ⅰ_b及Ⅱ_b)置无毒室内饲养,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各为105天及118天,再按Ⅰ_a雌Ⅰ_b雌分别与Ⅰ_a雄、Ⅰ_a雌Ⅰ_b雌分别与Ⅰ_b雄以及Ⅱ_a雌Ⅱ_b雌分别与Ⅱ_b雄分罐饲养,进行交配,以观察生育机能后处死动物。按常规解剖、固定、取材、制片及组织学检查。结果提示,黄药对小鼠雌雄生育能力无明显影响,染毒组雄与空白组雌受孕率及活产率差异无显著性(p>0.05)。染毒组小鼠的睾丸、副睾、卵巢、输卵管及子宫未见异常改变。
A total of 480 fertile mice (320 female and 160 male) were randomly divided into two groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ. (Ⅰ_a and Ⅱ_a) were exposed to Xanthocecal gas toxicity indoors, and the blank group (Ⅰ_b and Ⅱ_b) were set up non-toxic indoor feeding, Ⅰ, Ⅱ were 105 days and 118 days, and then Ⅰ_a females Ⅰ_b females and Ⅰ_a male, Ⅰ_a females Ⅰ_b females and Ⅰ_b male and Ⅱ_a females Ⅱ_b females and Ⅱ b male sub-tank feeding, mating, in order to observe the reproductive function before sacrificing animals. According to conventional anatomy, fixation, drawing, filming and histological examination. The results suggest that xanthate had no significant effect on the male and female fertility in mice. There was no significant difference in female fertility rate and live birth rate between the male and the blank control groups (p> 0.05). Testicides, epididymis, ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus of the mice in the exposure group showed no abnormal changes.
