后金融危机时代,转变经济发展方式成为全世界的共识。加之近年来能源、环境与经济发展的矛盾日益突出,低碳经济的模式自然受到各国的青睐。以此为背景,文章立足于国内的现实与需求,以雅安市中小企业为切入点,调查其生存现状,分析其发展低碳经济的必要性和可能性,并在此基础上提出了相应策略。
After the financial crisis era, changing the mode of economic development has become the consensus of the whole world. In addition, in recent years, the contradiction between energy, environment and economic development has become increasingly prominent. The low-carbon economy model is naturally favored by all countries. Taking this as the background, this article bases on the reality and demand in our country, investigates the existence status quo of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ya’an, analyzes the necessity and possibility of developing low-carbon economy, and puts forward corresponding strategies .
