数字信息保存是图书馆的一项重要任务,是图书馆界关注的重要问题,是图书馆联盟深化联合的重要活动项目。同时,数字信息长期保存活动也是图书馆联盟通过运用合作优势提升服务质量、强化核心业务的大势所趋,是更好履行社会责任的内在要求。两者相得益彰,具有一定的可行性。图书馆应依托联盟平台对内激励联盟成员参与力度,利用联盟合作整合资源优化保存结构;对外借助联盟平台推进技术研究并与国际接轨,通过实践完善保存政策及制度,推进数字信息长期保存的良性发展。
