新型混凝土石膏复合板材中的各种组分材料性能复杂,弹性常数难以确定限制了其在工程中的应用。为解决墙板的计算问题,文章通过对隔孔灌混凝土石膏复合板结构进行详细分析,从墙板中选取一个代表性体积单元,运用均质化假设和变形协调理论计算出了该单元的各项弹性常数。将材料性能复杂的复合墙板等效为一种材质单一、弹性常数确定的均质矩形板。通过将ANSYS软件建立的简化计算模型与隔一孔、隔两孔灌混凝土石膏板实体模型进行对比,验证了该简化计算方法的可行性。本文的研究为新型混凝土隔孔灌石膏复合板的计算提供了一种简便计算方法。
The new concrete gypsum composite sheet of various components of the material performance is complex, difficult to determine the elastic constrain its application in engineering. In order to solve the problem of wallboard calculation, the paper analyzes the structure of the perforated concrete gypsum composite board in detail, selects a representative volume element from the wallboard, and uses the homogenization assumptions and the deformation coordination theory to calculate the Item elastic constant. The composite material with complex walls is equivalent to a homogeneous material with a single plate and a constant elastic modulus. By comparing the simplified calculation model established by ANSYS software with the solid model of perforated concrete baffle slab and baffle slab, the feasibility of this simplified calculation method is verified. The research in this paper provides a simple and convenient method to calculate the new type of concrete perforated gypsum composite board.
