针对一类动态型多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于多属性拍卖思想的动态型多属性决策方法.首先以决策者效用最大化为目标设计了一个包含性能、进度等多个评价指标的评分函数对开发商的开发方案进行评分排序;然后论证了该方法具有激励性,即能积极引导开发商上报真实的信息,并证明了该决策方法能够降低项目的开发风险;最后通过一个导弹发动机的开发实例说明动态型多属性决策方法能够方便地应用于产品开发的实践中,为决策者优选开发商提供有效的决策方法.
Aiming at a kind of dynamic multi-attribute decision-making problem, a multi-attribute decision-making method based on the idea of multi-attribute auction is proposed.Firstly, a multi-attribute decision-making method with performance and progress is designed to maximize the decision- Then, it proves that the method is motivating, that is, it can actively guide developers to submit real information and prove that the decision-making method can reduce the project development risk.
