当前,社会经济发展迅速,企业迎来了全新的发展机遇,面对激烈的市场竞争,企业的管理工作中会出现诸多弊端,尤其是成本管理方面的问题。企业经营发展的最终目的是为了实现企业经济效益最大化,在激烈的竞争中企业应加强成本管理,成本管理在企业的经营活动中占有十分重要的地位,对于促进企业的发展具有积极的意义。
