为促进初中教师专业发展,在借鉴国际经验、充分考虑我国国情和教育发展需要的基础上,教育部于2012年1月颁布《中学教师专业标准(试行)》,其中明确指出:中学教师是履行教育工作职责的专业人员,需要经过严格的培养与培训,具有良好的职业道德,掌握系统的专业知识和专业技能。
In order to promote the professional development of junior middle school teachers, the Ministry of Education promulgated the “Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers (Trial)” in January 2012 on the basis of drawing on international experiences and giving full consideration to the needs of China’s national conditions and education development. It clearly states that middle school teachers are: Professionals with educational responsibilities need to undergo rigorous training and training, have good professional ethics, possess systematic professional knowledge and professional skills.
