在21世纪工业文化的大背景下,分析了是职旅游专业教学的困境:一是,教材的陈旧;二是实践课流于表面;三是师资的薄弱。并以此为根据,对于中职旅游专业的教学提出了几点创新。第一是要重建教学体系;第二是要突显实践课堂魅力;三是加强师资建设。在教学一线实践的基础上,论述了旅游专业中职教育改革。
In the background of industrial culture in the 21st century, it analyzes the dilemma of teaching in vocational tourism: first, the old teaching materials are obsolete; second, the practical courses are on the surface; third, the weak teachers. Based on this, I put forward some innovations for the teaching of tourism major in secondary vocational school. The first is to rebuild the teaching system; the second is to highlight the practice of classroom charm; third is to strengthen the construction of teachers. On the basis of teaching front-line practice, discusses the tourism professional secondary vocational education reform.
