构建和谐高效的数学课堂,提高教学质量,是所有教师追求的基本目标。在教育资源和教育设施相对落后的农村小学,如何克服现实中的困难,缩小城镇间教学水平的差距,在农村小学有效构建和谐高效的数学课堂,成为当前农村小学一线数学教师亟待解决的课题。结合个人工作实践,我认为应该做好以下几点:一、创新教育教学理念(一)教师上课要以全体学生为本,具体体现在学生主体的参与上。
Building a harmonious and efficient math class and improving teaching quality are the basic goals pursued by all teachers. In rural primary schools, where educational resources and educational facilities are relatively backward, how to overcome the difficulties in reality and narrow the gap between urban and rural teaching levels and effectively construct a harmonious and efficient math classroom in rural primary schools have become the urgent topics to be solved in frontline rural mathematics teachers. Combined with personal work practice, I think we should do the following: First, the concept of innovative education teaching (A) teachers in class to all students, specifically reflected in the participation of student subjects.
