在我国市场经济不断发展以及标准化工作改革的推动下,水电企业建立健全造价标准体系,对于规范产品与服务质量、加强费用与成本的管理、提高企业造价预测水平、提升企业竞争力具有重要意义。为此,对水电企业造价标准体系的构架进行了研究,结合水电工程特点和企业特点提出了体系的层次结构与内容设想,并通过梳理水电行业现有造价标准,提出了水电企业造价标准的发展建议。
