随着我国市场经济的发展,企业管理模式也发生了巨大的变化。传统的企业成本管控方法已经不能很好的满足企业对于管理的基本要求,越来越多的企业开始寻求一种全新的成本管控方法来提升自身的管理水平。ERP系统就是在这样的环境下产生的,它极大的满足了企业对于成本管控的需求,对于提高企业管理水平具有非常重大的意义。然而,目前企业在应用的过程中依然存在一些问题,阻碍了ERP系统在成本管控中充分的发挥其重大作用。下面我们就以润滑油企业为例,深入的探讨一下企业应该如何应对成本管控中存在的问题,仅供借鉴。
With the development of market economy in our country, great changes have taken place in the business management mode. The traditional methods of cost control of enterprises can not meet the basic requirements of the enterprises well, and more and more enterprises are beginning to seek a new method of cost control to enhance their management level.
