作者报告在英国中西部地区应用美国Merck药厂生产的乙型肝炎疫苗阻断乙型肝炎母婴传播的研究。报告的32名婴儿的母亲大多是远东和亚洲国家的血统。免疫程序为;接种4次,每次肌肉注射10μg。前3次是隔月接种,第4次为加强免疫,在第1针后6个月接种。采用固相ELISA检测HBeAg和的-HBe,用固相放射免疫试验测定HBsAg和抗-HBs。研究结果:HBeAg、抗-HBe阴性母亲的7名女婴中,6名产生了免疫应答,另1名于10周时HBsAg阳性,HBsAg滴度(反向被动血凝试验)为1:16,但HBeAg和抗-HBe均阴性。抗-HBe阳性母亲的7名婴儿免疫后均产生了抗体应答。HBeAg阳性母亲的18名婴儿
The authors report the use of a Hepatitis B vaccine produced by Merck Pharmaceuticals in the Midwestern United Kingdom to block the mother-to-infant transmission of hepatitis B. The mothers reported for the 32 infants were mostly of the Far East and Asian descent. The immunization procedure was: 4 inoculations, 10 μg intramuscularly. The first three times are vaccinated every other month, the fourth is to strengthen immunity, and the first one is given after 6 months. HBeAg and -HBe were detected by solid phase ELISA and HBsAg and anti-HBs were measured by solid phase radioimmunoassay. Results: Six of the seven female HBeAg and anti-HBe mothers had an immune response and the other had HBsAg positive at week 10 with a 1: 16 HBsAg titer (reverse passive hemagglutination test) However, both HBeAg and anti-HBe were negative.
