散发性脑炎,近几年来国内有不少临床报道,但脑电图的分析报告国内外均不多。现将我院160例散发性脑炎的脑电图作一分析报道。资料与分析一、临床资料:1972年1月～1978年8月共160例,其中男87例、女73例。发病年龄最小者4岁,最大者65岁,其中11岁～30岁发病率高,共84例,占52.5%(表1)。按临床表现,分为五型——精神异常型、意识障碍型、癫痫发作型、肢体瘫痪型及混合型(有两型以上临床表现者),其中以精神异常型多见,63例,占39.38%(表2)。

According to the clinical manifestations, the patients were divided into five types: mental abnormality, disturbance of consciousness, seizure, limb paralysis and mixed type (more than two types of clinical manifestations), of which mental abnormalities were more common, 63 cases 39.38% (Table 2).
