我们一行34人曾受中国成套设备进出口公司建材分公司的派遣,赴伊拉克基尔库克石棉水泥管厂参加生产.这个厂是伊拉克生产石棉水泥压力管口径最大的工厂,管子直径通常为600～1300毫米,长度5000毫米,接头采用依卡式接头,管子工作压力为6～9公斤/厘米~2,生产工艺及设备由西德维尔哈根公司引进。该厂所用的石棉全部由国外进口。石棉级别为4～5级,另外使用50%左右的蓝石棉。各种石棉均无粉尘和砂粒,不需要进行二次加工,质量非常好。4～5级石棉由加拿大进口,4级棉纤维长度优
We, a group of 34 people, were dispatched by the Building Materials Branch of China National Complete Equipment Import and Export Corporation and went to Iraqi Kirkuk asbestos cement pipe factory to participate in the production. This factory is the largest diameter factory in Iraq for the production of asbestos cement pressure pipes. The diameter of the pipe is usually 600 ～1300mm, length 5000mm, joints adopt Eka-type joints, working pressure of the pipe is 6～9kg/cm~2, and production process and equipment are introduced by Sidwell Hagen. The asbestos used in this plant is all imported from abroad. Asbestos grade is 4 to 5, and about 50% of blue asbestos is used.
