本文研究了低碳低合金钢渗碳时渗层中析出碳化物的组织形态和相结构,发现其组织形态服从单相析出的Dube形态分类系统,一般常说的块状、角状、爪状和颗粒状等形态,实际是仿晶界、魏氏组织侧片和侧针等形态,由于析出时母相奥氏体的晶粒尺寸不同,析出物的尺寸和分布密度不同,呈现出了不同的碳化物组织形态。本文分析了碳化物的形核与长大过程,推出了碳原子扩散控制的碳化物界面的推移速度表达式。
In this paper, the morphology and phase structure of carbides precipitated in the carburized layer of low-carbon and low-alloy steel were investigated.
