黑龙江省大兴安岭林区总面积8.35万 km~2,人口53.7万人。开发建设37年来在累计为国家提供商品材近1亿 m~3、上缴利税30多亿元的同时,林区经济和社会各项事业长足发展。2000年全区国内生产总值完成42.6亿元,人均国内生产总值8420元,城乡居民人均可支配收入4140元。面向新世纪,林区全面实施生态发展战略,重点打好森林资源保卫战、经济改革攻坚战、结构调整升级战、社会事业总体战,构筑林区发展新格局。
Daxinganling, Heilongjiang Province, the total area of 83,500 km 2 forest area, population 53.7 million. In the past 37 years since its development and construction, nearly 100 million m 3 of commodity materials have been supplied to the country and more than 3 billion yuan of profits and taxes have been turned in. At the same time, the economic and social undertakings in the area have made great strides. In 2000, the GDP of the entire region was 4.26 billion yuan, with a per capita GDP of 8,420 yuan and per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents of 4,140 yuan. In the new century, the forest area will implement the strategy of ecological development in an all-round way, focusing on playing the battle of defending forest resources, tackling hard-fought battles with economic reform, upgrading structural readjustments, and overall social undertakings and building a new pattern of forest development.
