喷射冶金技术近几年有了较大发展,得到了广泛应用。本文简介了六种类型的喷粉罐结构、性能及特点,并指明提高其喷吹稳定性、灵活性、可控性友自动化水平等,乃为喷粉罐今后的改进方向。本文还给出了喷粉罐设计参数的计算公式;强调设计喷粉设备时必须首先确定供气强度;在选择差压时要注意满足3.0≥△P≥1.5巴的压差范围;确定下粉口与喷枪口直径时,需注意使d_枪/d_罐≥1.2~1.5;设计的枪口喷出度速应不小于67m/sec。
Jet metallurgy technology in recent years have been greatly developed, has been widely used. This paper introduces the structure, performance and characteristics of six types of powder spray cans, and points out the improvement of spray stability, flexibility and controllability of the level of automation. This paper also gives the calculation formula of the design parameters of the powder spray cans. When emphasizing the design of the powder spray equipment, it is first necessary to determine the gas supply strength. When choosing the differential pressure, it is necessary to pay attention to satisfy the pressure difference range of 3.0≥ △ P≥1.5 bar. Mouth and spray gun mouth diameter, be careful to make d_ gun / d_ tank ≥1.2 ~ 1.5; designed muzzle ejection speed should not be less than 67m / sec.
